As a cornerstone of Thistle, we partner with individuals, spaces, and organizations to build bespoke, immersive experiences that invite curiosity and engage audiences at every level of play. Select previous partners include the Jefferson Market New York Public Library, the speakeasy Bathtub Gin, and the New York Botanical Gardens.

AUDITION

We are always looking for dancers to join our family. Our auditions are rolling sumbissions, so you can learn, perform, and submit the combo when it is convienient to you. Check out our audition page for the teaching video, music, submission guidelines and more.

INTERN

Our internship program offers students the chance to learn and collaborate on a myriad of exciting projects in New York City. Selected students will collaborate with the Thistle team to build an internship that plays directly to their interests, while allowing for experimentation and growth. Whether your focus is in dance performance, choreography, acting, producing, design, on set work or creating in general, there is opportunity at Thistle.

Previous interns have joined us from Marymount Manhattan, New York Arts Program, NYU, Elon University, Molloy College, Pace University, Hope College, Allegheny College, Denison University & more.
